For the Leadership Award from DaimlerChrysler, which was awarded to the company's top international employees during the event, Platzer Communications GmbH in Magdeburg was looking for four young jazz dance and hip hop dancers, and a tap dance couple to perform an Irish dance. A.I.D.A. handled the artist selection, contract negotiations and placement as well as travel planning and the costume and music selection.
